You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about our products and services and to contact us. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit malicious code or unlawful content.

Products described as in development, in beta or coming soon are described by their intended scope, and features, availability and release timing may change. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which controls over the Site if they conflict.
Pricing
Published prices are in U.S. dollars, exclude taxes, and may change. The price that applies to an engagement is the one stated in the signed agreement or order.

ProofGuard is a technology and services company, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Content on the Site is not legal advice and does not create an attorney client relationship. Our software and services support the work of licensed attorneys, who remain responsible for legal judgment and for reviewing any output before it is relied on, sent or filed.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the ProofGuard shield mark and software, are owned by ProofGuard AI, Corporation or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Law8 AI, PGBK AI and ProofGuard Sentinel are product names of ProofGuard AI, Corporation. You may not copy, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non commercial reference.
Submissions
Information you send through the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential client information or privileged material through Site forms.
Third party links
The Site may link to third party websites and content. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Site.
